Assistant - Corporate Commercial

Winnipeg
Our
client a large, well-respected downtown law firm, currently
has 2 vacancies for experienced Corporate Commercial Legal
Assistants.
Both positions provide support to Senior Lawyers, so candidates
must have a minimum 3 yrs.+ corporate law experience from
a law firm environment. This would be an excellent opportunity
for top notch Legal Assistants to take their career to
the next level, with added challenges & responsibility
& remuneration.
Requirements:
Min. 3 yrs.+ Corporate Law experience in any of the following
areas:
Commercial transactions, mortgages, foreclosures and estate
administration
Or
Financial services, corporate recovery and insolvency
law including advice regarding corporate recovery strategies,
debt restructuring, proposals, loans, loan recovery and
enforcement, shareholder, director & employee issues,
lender liability, bankruptcy, receivership and insolvency.
Excellent organizational, time management & interpersonal
skills
Team oriented
Strong Word & Legal Accounting software knowledge
Dicta & 60+ wpm Keyboarding skills
Compensation:
Salary $32K-$40K per annum DOQ
